DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Summary

Qualifications/Requirements: At least College Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field With strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledgeable in sales, inventory, cash handling, and branch operations. Able to monitor and achieve sales targets and operational goals. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Organized, responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Able to effectively supervise, train, and motivate branch employees. Capable of preparing and monitoring sales, inventory, cash, and other branch reports. Knowledgeable in company policies and able to ensure proper compliance and implementation. Proficient in basic computer applications and documentation. Able to work under pressure and make appropriate decisions regarding branch operations. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required. Willing to undergo company training and orientation.
