Inside sales JR

Job Description:

Collaborate in the development and follow-up of sales in the assigned office territories through established policies and processes to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Knowledge and skill in the following activities:

• Develop the sales process together with OS, focusing activities on the IS department's KPIs.
• Make successful calls daily according to established guidelines.
• Send daily emails, focused on sales and follow-up, according to established guidelines.
• Confirm the OS agenda.
• Maintain the CRM updated according to the current status and interests of the accounts.
• Interact with the OS jointly to update opportunities with value-added comments.
• Create and follow up on quotes.
• Follow up on activities via email, video call, and any other medium the company provides for this purpose.
• Confirm and follow up on purchase orders.
• Follow up on events and tenders.
• Prepare information reports from CRM that contribute to sales.
• Clean and update the database in CRM (contact updates).
• Prospect new clients.
• Fill out individual KPI's.
• Provide administrative follow-up to sales (SFU).
• Attend and actively participate in training sessions.
• Participate in feedback sessions based on indicators.
• Follow up on Leads and Expos.
• Provide support to new hires in their learning curve.
• Cover territories.
• Follow up and participate in internal company meetings and events.
• Provide on-site support at expos.
• English level B2.
• Live in the metropolitan area.

Experience:

Minimum one year performing activities similar to the position. Schedule availability. Bachelor's Degree/Engineering/Intern.
