As a Europe-wide benchmark in the segment of solution providers and producers of alternative proteins, we work with a dedicated... 1 Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Tech Lead (f/m/d) Your Mission In this key role as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you are responsible for our plant software and its continuous optimization - as well as for your personal development. You will program robust services and integrations according to clear architectural principles and gradually take on responsibility for the software architecture. With your focus on DevOps, strong ownership, and implementation strength, you will actively manage the takeover and handover process, secure knowledge and responsibilities, and set engineering standards to increase operational reliability and design a scalable, sustainably operable platform.

Your Tasks

• Design, implementation, and testing as well as operation of functions and services (Frontend & Backend) with a strong practical focus and individual responsibility for specific core modules
• Implementation of robust integrations via clearly defined APIs and contracts instead of tight system coupling
• Designing the system architecture as well as the further development of our engineering standards (baseline, guardrails) and the associated documentation
• Responsibility for technical quality through design and code reviews, designing release and operation processes, as well as creating short design documents/ADRs for critical architectural decisions
• Cross-functional contract layer function for telemetry data contracts, including common signal definition and test strategy for safe changes at system boundaries
• Interface in the transition plan as well as active collaboration with internal and external engineers

What You Bring

• Completed studies in Computer Science/Software Engineering, a job-relevant university education, or comparable practical experience
• Several years of experience in the development of production-related systems as well as in operation and observability in production
• Strong backend engineering experience in at least one mainstream stack (e.g., .NET, http://node.js/, Python, Ruby, PHP, Go, Java, ...) and the ability to quickly pick up new languages/frameworks if necessary
• Proven experience in CI/CD (GitHub Actions), review culture, and release processes
• Practical experience with cloud and container technologies (Docker, AWS or equivalent) as well as their operation and monitoring, ideally with Infrastructure-as-Code approaches (e.g., Terraform)
• Communication skills in fluent English as well as strong skills in interface and contract design
