Rental Operations Agent (M/F)

RENT A CAR, a specialist in local rentals (rental of passenger and utility vehicles), is recruiting to complete its teams: Customer Service Representative in CDI in NICE OUEST URGENT

Join our teams!, You will be responsible for: the telephone and physical reception of customers, the establishment of rental contracts, assisting with vehicle orientation (GPS etc.), the sale of additional products (insurance, upgrades, baby seat). You will intervene upon vehicle return (vehicle inspection, invoicing). You may occasionally assist with vehicle preparation.

Your assets: real fluency in English, a true sense of customer service. As a guarantor of satisfaction, you know how to meet expectations. Position based in NICE, TRAM access possible, but driving license B is imperative with + 2 years experience. Salary: fixed at 1856 euros gross and performance bonus. Hours: 6 working days out of 7, amplitude from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm depending on the schedule.
