Set up new heating, cooling, ventilation, and ductwork systems according to blueprints and manufacturer specifications.
Perform routine tune-ups, clean coils and air filters, check refrigerant levels, and inspect electrical components.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using multimeters, pressure gauges, and leak detectors to replace broken parts.
Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety standards (such as OSHA), and environmental regulations.
Document service logs, estimate job costs, and explain technical issues or maintenance tips to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
Only applicants with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant overseas work experience will be considered.
