Procurement and Supply Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and strategic thinker with attention to detail to join our team as a Procurement and Supply Specialist. The specialist is responsible for managing procurement, tenders, supplier management, and supply coordination processes within construction projects.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and an interest in the fields of procurement, construction, supply chain management, and commercial analysis. The position is intended for professionals who wish to build a career in procurement, construction management, commercial management, or project management.

Procurement and Tenders: manage project procurement and tender processes, including planning, preparation of tender documents, coordination of tender processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and selection of suppliers/contractors.

Commercial Analysis: collect, analyze, and compare proposals from suppliers and contractors, including prices, commercial terms, exclusions, and technical proposals. Analyze the market, prepare commercial comparison reports, and support negotiations.

Commercial Strategy Implementation: organize tender processes, conduct negotiations, and analyze cooperation terms, guided by the strategy, guidelines, and priorities set by management.

Procurement Reporting and Data Management: maintain procurement trackers, supply logs, and supplier databases. Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, signed contracts, supply status, and procurement risks.

Supplier Management: organize material supply and deliveries with an accurate schedule, collaborating with site teams. Monitor supplies, delivery timelines for large goods and equipment, ongoing procurement packages, supplier production schedules, logistics processes, and key supply deadlines to ensure timely project implementation.

Cost Control and Budgetary Coordination: support cost optimization initiatives by comparing quotes with budgets, performing market comparisons, and identifying savings opportunities.

Collaboration: work closely with project managers, contract specialists, cost control specialists, finance teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project implementation.

Other Duties: perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management, Law, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other analytical fields.

3+ years of work experience is preferred. In the absence of relevant work experience, candidates with high academic achievement and strong analytical abilities will also be considered.

High academic achievement and proven level of analytical skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work with large volumes of data and information.

High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge of English and Russian languages, not less than B2 level.

Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills.

Ability to work independently, take responsibility for assignments, and follow problems through to final resolution.
