【Takasaki】 Test Development Engineer for Discrete Power Devices

【Background of Recruitment】 With the expanding demand for AI data centers, we expect to increase sales by releasing products in a timely manner. Currently, the Discrete Power Product Development Department is facing a shortage of test engineer resources, which acts as an obstacle to timely product releases. Therefore, we aim to strengthen our ability to release a higher number of products in a shorter period by increasing our test engineer resources, thereby driving sales growth.

【Job Description】 ・Test development for new Discrete Power Device (MOSFET) products

・Test data correlation, GRR, and test stability verification between mass production sites and development sites

・Planning test development schedules for new product development, and arranging test tools and fixtures

・Creation of test specifications and data verification. Yield improvement.

・Experience in test development.

・Experience using testers, and verification experience such as data correlation and GRR.

・Ability to communicate in English.
