International Tax - Transfer Pricing Manager
We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to oversee the execution of global intercompany pricing strategies. Working closely with the Finance department and other business units to monitor profitability, you will ensure that cross-border transactions comply with OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) guidelines and local regulations.
・Transfer Pricing Documentation: Lead the preparation of the master file (global parent company master file common to major countries), Country-by-Country Report (CbCR), and local files in multiple countries and regions, with support from tax advisors (external advisors). ・Transfer Pricing Management: Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure that the profit margins of each legal entity remain within the target arm's length range. ・Tax Audit Support: Act as the primary point of contact for data collection and preparation of responses to Information Document Requests (IDR) from tax authorities. ・Intercompany Agreements: Collaborate with the Legal department to ensure that intercompany agreements are always up to date and reflect the economic reality of the business. ・Technology Implementation/Integration: Support the implementation of transfer pricing automation software to streamline data collection from ERP systems.
【Required Qualifications】
・5+ years of practical experience in the field of transfer pricing (experience at a Big 4 firm is a plus)
・High level of English communication skills
・Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modeling
・Teamwork skills with the ability to perform duties in collaboration with multiple departments and functions
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Practical experience regarding Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)
・Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
・Experience in group reorganizations
・Knowledge and experience regarding international transactions and international tax
・Experience in preparing corporate tax returns and responding to tax audits
・General accounting skills (practical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting)
