Your tasks

【Background for Recruitment】 We are currently proceeding with a plan to unify our ERP system globally, aiming to build a more efficient and transparent financial management system by unifying business processes globally. Accordingly, we will centralize accounting operations for each region and business unit and promote operations in accordance with global standards. The introduction of the new system will advance real-time data sharing and business automation, enabling decision-making and business improvements from a global perspective. To drive this plan, we are looking for applicants who can contribute to the growth of the entire company through the implementation and operation of the new accounting system.

【Job Description】 You will be responsible for implementation activities to introduce the ERP system (S4-HANA) in Japan, and after system implementation, you will handle accounts payable operations and related business improvement tasks.

【Specific Job Details】

• ERP system (S4-HANA) implementation

You will build the system while explaining Japanese business practices to relevant departments (including in English).

• Negotiations with internal relevant departments to unify business processes during system implementation (including in English)

In parallel with system implementation, you will review existing operations from a global perspective.

• Accounts payable management

You will be in charge of operations related to accounts payable after system implementation.

• Business improvement

Requirements

【MUST】

• Accounting practical experience in Japan (目安: approximately 5 years)
• Experience in accounting operations using SAP

Experience in operations related to accounts receivable and accounts payable is particularly desired.

• Flexible communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Communication in English
• Proficiency and aptitude in operating office software such as Excel and ERP software

【WANT】

• Experience in or support for S4-HANA implementation
• Business experience in the semiconductor industry
