Back-end Production Technology Engineer

Job Description

Perform production technology for the assembly process of high-quality automotive SOC products and the setup of new product AI-related power module lines.

・Assigned Technology: Production Technology (Process, Equipment, Materials) ・Assigned Products: Automotive SOC, AI-related power modules ・Assigned Duties: Conduct productivity, quality, and yield improvement activities for automotive SOC products produced at the Oita Plant. Additionally, perform setup operations for newly developed AI-related power module assembly lines.

Qualifications

【MUST】 ・Experience as a semiconductor back-end engineer ・Practical engineering experience in any of the following: PKG encapsulation, marking, or PKG dicing

【WANT】 ・General knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes ・Image processing inspection technology ・Knowledge of statistics ・Knowledge of quality control ・Presentation skills
