Sr Staff Marketing Specialist
Job Purpose /Background : Formulate and lead the execution of the promotion strategy and go-to-market plan for All Embedded Processing Portfolio (MCU, MPU, Wireless device, NFC) products and solutions to generate new opportunities, Design-in and revenue growth. Ability to define winning strategies to break into new markets, customers and applications. Able to clearly articulate product & core technologies covering Renesas EP products and solutions across target applications. ensuring the best-in-class support for the assigned perimeter through the collaboration with Application Engineering team. Principal Accountabilities: Drive effective promotion strategy to grow new opportunities and Design-in funnel in assigned perimeter in order to contribute to EP Japan revenue growth. Develop effective Go to Market strategy and successful execution of these plans to generate new demand for EP products Drive new roadmap development in partnership with product management teams to win new growth markets and customers Enable and drive sales team to meet new opp, design-in and design-win goals with training, regular communication, direct customer and distributor promotion. Ability to provide a complete overview of EP products and associated solution offering, necessary Ecosystem, SW as well as in-house or partner solutions Provide marketing collateral that informs and influence sales, partners, distributors and key customer decision makers Understands overall semiconductor/EP market including competitive positioning to propose fighting strategies to help increase Renesas market share. Ensure best in class technical support, managing priority and customer expectations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: (Must-have) Agile leader/business driver with good mix of commercial and technical experience Proven track record of driving internal & external stakeholders to achieve business goals. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong technical background and understanding of embedded systems, latest technologies as well as major application segments e.g. IoT, Smart Home, Industrial and other key embedded applications. Solid Product & Segment Marketing knowledge and capability Good team player with ability to work in local and global team (Nice-have) Good team player with ability to work in global team
