Sr Staff Firmware Engineer (高级固件工程师）

Develop embedded firmware for  ARM Cortex‑M MCUs  using  Keil ARM MDK Design and maintain firmware based on  FreeRTOS Implement and debug  USB Device  features Develop and support  I3C Device / I2C‑compatible  functionality Support system bring‑up, debugging, and integration with hardware teams Write and maintain clear technical documentation

Bachelor’s degree or above in EE, CS, or related fields Strong C programming skills Experience with  Keil ARM MDK  and ARM MCU development Familiar with RTOS (FreeRTOS required) Understanding of  I3C / I2C protocols Able to debug embedded systems and read technical documentation in English Nice to Have Knowledge of  Linux driver development Experience with  USB Device  firmware development Experience with performance optimization or protocol debugging tools Experience with bootloaders or firmware upgrade mechanisms
