HPC SoC Document Workflow Development Engineer / Leader class

【Background for Recruitment】 As the electrification and intelligence of automobiles progress, automotive SoCs are positioned as core technologies supporting vehicle performance and functions. The R-Car series has continued to evolve as large-scale SoCs that highly integrate numerous different SoC IPs, such as CPUs, high-speed interfaces, memory, AI/video, functional safety, and security. Our department is responsible for design flows in SoC product development, requirements management and traceability, documentation management, and the creation of development and hardware manuals provided to customers. In this recruitment, we are seeking a leader who can lead the development of documentation creation workflows in SoC product development and the development of hardware manuals, establishing efficient creation flows and automation to reduce human error.

【Job Description】

• Definition of issues and formulation of improvement plans and business management for specification and user manual creation flows
• Planning and execution of automation methods to reduce human error
• Execution of requirements management and traceability
• Documentation management for multi-site development teams
• *Details regarding the scope of changes in work location and the scope of changes in duties to be engaged in will be provided during the selection process.

【MUST】

• Management experience in an LSI digital front-end design team
• Experience in writing LSI/IP specifications
• Communication skills in English

【WANT】

• Scripting languages, primarily Python
• Knowledge of major SoC IPs such as CPU/GPU/Image IP/Bus/Memory controller
