Clock and Reset system or PAD design leader for automotive SoC design
Design leader for specification design and circuit design of clock/reset or PAD for automotive SoC (R-Car series)
【Background】
As the electrification and intelligence of automobiles progress, automotive SoCs are positioned as core technologies that support the performance and functions of vehicles.
The R-Car series has continued to evolve as large-scale SoCs that highly integrate numerous different SoC IPs, such as CPU, high-speed interfaces, memory, AI/video, functional safety, and security.
To improve value, there are strict requirements regarding frequency and power consumption, making meticulous clock control, reset control, and power control within the SoC indispensable elements. Additionally, terminal control that satisfies the requirements of multiple customers makes consideration at the specification stage extremely important.
Our department is responsible for the design and development of key components in automotive SoC product development. In this recruitment, we are looking for a design leader for clock/reset circuits or PAD (LSI terminals) and function selection circuits.
【IPs to be developed】
・Clock control mechanisms / Reset mechanisms / Power control mechanisms and their peripheral circuits
・PAD (LSI terminals) and function selection circuits
【Job Description】
・Materializing concepts and targets from requirements
・Grand design of function and verification strategies
・Grand design of DFT (Design for Test) and test strategies
・Formulation of characterization and evaluation strategies
・Technical leadership of the logic design and verification teams
【Motivation and Rewards】
・In the development of systems for autonomous driving and making cars more comfortable, you will be leading technology from the perspective of SoC chip development.
・We are looking for colleagues who will challenge themselves with world-class SoC design and cutting-edge technology to compete globally.
【MUST】
・Development experience related to clock, reset, and power control in digital front-end design, or design experience around PAD (terminals) and function selection circuits (3+ years)
・Digital circuit design and verification experience
・Communication skills in English
・Development experience in a Linux environment
【WANT】 ・Logic synthesis experience
・Timing design and timing constraint creation experience
