Head of Permitting

Who We Are & Role Mission To drive the growth and development of our portfolio, we are looking for a Head of Permitting. In this strategic role, you will be the point of reference for the entire project authorization process, ensuring success within established timelines, optimizing portfolio value, and managing relationships with regulatory bodies and investors.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Strategy: You will lead and motivate a team of 10 people through the direct coordination of 2 Area Managers, promoting an autonomous, proactive, and structured working style.

Portfolio Optimization and Financial Development: In close collaboration with our finance team, you will define strategies and allocate resources with the ultimate goal of optimizing the value of the pipeline portfolio.

Project Authorization & Regulatory Monitoring & Market Overview: You will maintain constant updates on the evolution of the national and regional regulatory framework (AU, VIA, PAS, PAUR) and market dynamics in order to bring the greatest number of projects to authorization in the shortest possible time and to anticipate critical issues or seize new opportunities.

Investor Relations (Technical-Administrative): In synergy with management, you will be the technical and strategic interface for investment funds and financial stakeholders.

M&A Activity Support: Support the M&A team in managing operations related to the sale of projects.

Profile Requirements Experience: 5+ years of significant experience in the development and permitting sector of PV and BESS renewable energy projects.

Experience as a manager with leadership skills and the ability to be a good motivator for the team.

Knowledge of financial aspects within the renewables field in order to optimize the value of projects and the pipeline.

Autonomous, proactive, and structured working style.

Availability for travel within the national territory.

Languages: Fluent English.

Optional: experience in the construction of FER plants.
