Managing inquiries from potential employees arriving through recruitment and marketing activities conducted in Bulgaria

Job tasks: Main tasks Managing inquiries from potential employees arriving through recruitment and marketing activities conducted in Bulgaria; communicating with candidates in Russian and/or English; explaining information related to working conditions, salary, accommodation, and working in Estonia to candidates; pre-screening suitable candidates; coordinating the arrival of employees to Estonia; organizing the collection of necessary information and documents; coordinating the reception and onboarding of foreign workers arriving in Estonia; resolving issues related to employees' accommodation, transport, and starting work; daily communication with employees staying in Estonia; organizing the exchange of information between employees and the company/employers; resolving ongoing problems and questions; keeping records of employees and passing necessary information to the company management. Other requirements: We expect you to apply if: you possess Russian and/or English at a good communication level; you are a good communicator and know how to work with people from different cultural backgrounds; you are organized, conscientious, and solution-oriented; you are able to plan your workday independently; you are ready to communicate daily with both new candidates and people already working in Estonia; you know how to use standard computer and communication programs; you have a B-category driver's license – an advantage; previous experience in the field of personnel, recruitment, foreign labor, or labor hire is an advantage, but not mandatory.
