*Duties*

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, and attention to detail
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients to streamline service
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
• Serve meals efficiently and courteously to ensure a positive dining experience
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Must be available evenings and weekends

*Skills*

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy meal times
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable for success in this role
