*Applicants that meet the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:*

• Punctual
• Experience installing loose-fill attic insulation preferred.
• Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record; ability to tow a 20' trailer safely.
• Ability to inspect and perform basic care on truck, trailer, and insulation equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to insulation inventory management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting/carrying insulation materials daily.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Install loose-fill insulation in attics.
• Work both indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions
• Ability to work at heights, confined spaces, and around noise and dust.
• Monitor and maintain insulation inventory: track stock levels, organize storage, and communicate when materials need ordering.
• Inspect and care for company assets, including truck, trailer, and insulation equipment, ensuring they are safe and in proper working condition.
• Drive company truck and tow a 20' trailer from the shop to job sites.
• Load, unload, and organize insulation and tools.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and keep projects moving on schedule.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

*Qualifications:*

• *1 Year +* of insulation or construction industry experience.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Driver?s license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to move and carry construction material and supplies that may weigh upwards of 30kg.
• Understanding construction processes, techniques, and standard practices.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems alongside teammates and individually.
• Self-motivated and focused, able to work well independently.
• Good communicator, eager to learn.
• Ability to work out of town occasionally.
