Your tasks

Role & Responsibilities

• Conducting training needs analysis across teams and departments.
• Designing and updating training plans, curricula, and learning materials.
• Delivering inductions, workshops, and skills sessions in person and online.
• Coordinating external trainers, vendors, and certification programmes.
• Tracking attendance, completion, and training budgets.
• Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on results.
• Supporting performance development, onboarding, and career growth plans.
• Maintaining training records and learning data.

Requirements

*Skills & Qualifications Must-Have**

• 3+ years in a training, learning and development, or HR role.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering training sessions to groups.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess skills gaps and recommend suitable training.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Business fluent English, written and spoken.
• Right to work in Ghana or Nigeria.

Preferred

• Experience with a learning management system or e-learning tools.
• Experience delivering technical, safety, or compliance training.
• Professional qualification such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or a train the trainer certificate.
• Experience running training across multiple sites or teams.
• Experience with remote or virtual training delivery.
