The pool is for experienced operators who move, load, and store goods safely in warehouses, factories, ports, and distribution centres.

Role & Responsibilities

Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move goods. Stacking and retrieving stock in racking and storage areas. Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting faults. Following load limits, traffic rules, and safety procedures at all times. Recording stock movements accurately. Keeping work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

2+ years operating forklifts in a warehouse, factory, port, or distribution environment. Valid forklift operator certificate or license. Experience with counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, or both. Good awareness of warehouse safety practices. Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and load labels. Right to work in Ghana or Nigeria. Willingness to work shifts and handle physical work.

Preferred

Experience with high racking or narrow aisle equipment. First aid or fire warden training. Basic stock recording or warehouse management system experience. Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or port operations.
