Accounting Staff

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join an international team and support the accounting operations of a company specialized in financial management. If you have experience in full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and would like to work 100% remotely in an international environment, this opportunity could be for you!

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of practical experience in accounting, with progressive growth in responsibilities.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online and Accounts Payable (AP) software.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and tracking outstanding items.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• High attention to detail, precision, and organization.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and client priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage General Ledger records, account reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, investment accounts, and vendor accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding items and detected discrepancies.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) through QuickBooks Online and AP platforms.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Provide support during audit processes.
• Collaborate with accountants and clients to resolve discrepancies and find permanent solutions.
• Utilize AI tools and accounting technology to improve efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
