Job Description & Requirements Manage the daily operations of the restaurant Responsible for the business performance of the shop Ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures Ensure excellent delivery of customer service Conduct interview of walk-in candidates Create a fun and motivating environment for staff to work in Training and development of service staff Ensure proper conduct of service staff Handle customers feedback professionally Upkeep cleanliness of the restaurant Administrative duties Minimum 3 years' experience in comparable capacity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays 6 days/week, 10-hour shift
