Group Internal Audit Supervisor

Your tasks

• Conduct a Gap Analysis for each process/department in each company.
• Understand and document processes that help to identify the deficiencies, process issues, and business problems.
• Propose amendments to the processes (if needed).
• Ensure that each company and the corporate companies are getting different ISO
• Prepare the Group companies to be accredited for Quality Management System (List of ISO and International Standards).
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are adequately defined, documented, communicated, promoted, maintained, and delivered to all interested parties.
• Prepare a compliance manual for every industry with regulatory, internal standards, and core objectives.
• Deliver quarterly training sessions for each company team to maintain the developed Quality System.

Requirements

Educational background and previous experience

• Suitable bachelor’s degree.
• Experience from 5-7 years in the same field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time Management and prioritization skills.
