Under the responsibility of your future Chef Barman, your missions and activities are varied:

• You ensure quality service at the bar through your welcome and the services rendered to customers
• You prepare and serve simple drinks and cocktails
• You handle payments and are also responsible for compliance with current laws and regulations
• You have an excellent knowledge of cocktails
• You proceed with the billing and collection of consumption
• You apply the hotel's hygiene and safety rules

Your assets: More than training or experience, we are primarily looking for soft skills.

• You have a good presentation and good elocution. You know how to anticipate customer needs and are attentive to their requests.
• You represent the image of the establishment through the quality of your work and your welcome.

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of alcohols and wines
• Proactive
• Ability to work effectively in a team and sense of initiative
• You have at least 1 year of experience in the same position. An interest in mixology would be a plus.
• English is imperative

Work on weekends.
