Le Lys, the Villa's gastronomic address, offers elegant and inventive cuisine in a spirit of high conviviality. Intimate dinners or tastings at the Atelier du Chef: each experience aims to be singular, demanding, and sensitive.

In parallel, Le Ciel, located under a large glass roof bathed in light, invites relaxation in a casual atmosphere. Here you will find dishes to share, market menus, or even sweet and festive breaks throughout the day.

Within the Hôtel Le Place d’Armes / Villa Pétrusse, you are a true ambassador for the establishment and contribute to offering a personalized and high-end customer experience.

Your main missions:

• Warmly welcome guests and ensure personalized care from their arrival.
• Take charge of vehicles as part of the valet service and ensure their return efficiently.
• Manage luggage: labeling, transport, storage, and delivery to rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and present the hotel's services.
• Prepare and ensure VIP welcomes.
• Respond to guest requests and collaborate with the various hotel departments to guarantee a smooth stay.
• Occasionally provide room service and tray service.
• Ensure the cleanliness and good presentation of reception areas and exteriors.
• Respect quality standards, internal procedures, and safety rules.
• Report any anomaly or special request to management.

Profile sought:

• Excellent sense of welcome, service, and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamism, courtesy, discretion, and impeccable presentation.
• Versatility, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Valid driver's license indispensable.
• Fluent English indispensable; any other language is an asset.
• Good command of IT tools (M365 / Mews).
• Availability to work according to business needs, including weekends and public holidays.
