Gruppo Aimo e Nadia Milano is looking for a junior figure to be trained within the events team through a specific training project, under the supervision of the event manager Dominga Annese. For over 60 years, Aimo e Nadia has been a benchmark in the Milanese gastronomic landscape, a spokesperson for a cuisine that celebrates the territory, craftsmanship, and the enological and gastronomic culture of our Country. Under the guidance of chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani and Stefania Moroni, the group today comprises several entities, developed starting from Il Luogo, a Michelin-starred restaurant associated with Relais & Chateaux, and Les Grandes Tables Du Monde: il BistRo, the cafeteria and restaurant Voce, and a catering service. Each of the venues expresses this identity in different ways, thanks to teamwork and innovative projects (Territori, Premio Aimo e Nadia per i Giovani). The figure, reporting to the manager, will support the events team in the following tasks: managing group and banquet reservations managing the relationship with the client from the moment of the reservation request, through the event, until the collection of post-event feedback organizing the logistics of events taking place in the restaurants, through requesting permits, renting necessary materials, preparing service orders, and staff coordination supporting external catering, from site inspection to full organization, through to support during the event and client feedback managing the administrative activity related to the realization of the banquet/event (support in drafting contracts, preparation of the final bill, etc.) organization of small delivery and take away services for VIP clients

Educational qualification consistent with the role (diploma/certificate/degree) Excellent knowledge of the English language; good knowledge of French is a plus Experience of no less than 2 years gained in a similar role in the luxury sector within agencies/hotels/fine dining restaurants Ability to work in a team and autonomous management of assigned tasks Motivation for learning and professional growth Adequate grooming for the context and the role is required
