Located in the heart of the village of Val d’Isère, Les Barmes de l’Ours*****, a member of Relais & Châteaux, offers you the opportunity to work and develop your skills in an establishment providing high-quality service to its clientele. You will evolve in an exceptional setting, at the foot of the slopes and a few meters from numerous activities (aqua-sports center, cinema, seasonal workers' center...). The hotel consists of 76 rooms and suites, each floor featuring a warm and original decor. The establishment also consists of three restaurants led by Chef Antoine Gras: La Table de l’Ours, our gastronomic restaurant, 1 star in the Michelin Guide, La Rôtisserie, redesigned with its traditional dishes, and our Coin Savoyard. Our bar offers original or personalized creations that meet our clients' desires in a warm environment by the fireside. In its continuity, the Kid’s club space and our bowling alley offer our clientele the opportunity to spend pleasant moments throughout the day. A highlight, the 1,000 m² SPA area notably includes an indoor swimming pool enjoying beautiful natural light. On the same level, you will find our hair salon, where you have the possibility to access preferential rates. Finally, our partner Proshop will allow you to rent your ski equipment at discounted prices. AS A SPA PRACTITIONER Under the direction of the Spa Manager, you will have the following missions: Optimize treatment scheduling, welcome and advise clients. Practice various wellness massages as well as facial and body treatments according to the established protocols. Guarantee client satisfaction by adapting to their requests and contributing to their loyalty throughout their stay. Be proactive in the marketing of the Spa and contribute to achieving objectives through advice, the sale of products, and Spa services. Participate in the smooth running of the Spa by ensuring regular control of the cleanliness of the areas, particularly the swimming pool and changing rooms. Respect internal procedures as well as the establishment's quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Successful experience in a similar position. Good knowledge of different types of massages and treatments. Excellent presentation and sense of customer service. Listening skills and great professionalism. Mastery of English is indispensable. Knowledge of Sisley products is an asset.
