Reception and Cashier Secretary – Gallia Palace - 2027 Season

The Gallia Palace Beach Golf & Spa Resort, a 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel located in Punta Ala (GR), is looking for two Reception and Cashier Secretaries for the 2027 summer season. We are looking for professionals with experience in hotel reception, capable of independently managing daily front office activities and accustomed to interacting with international clientele.

Main duties Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out operations.

Managing reservations and guest requests.

Cash operations, invoicing, and account control.

Managing telephone communications and correspondence.

Collaboration with other hotel departments.

Requirements At least 2 years of experience in the role, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels.

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of French and/or German is a preferential qualification.

Good knowledge of the main hotel management software; knowledge of HotelCube will be positively evaluated.

Operational autonomy, precision, and good interpersonal skills.

Attitude towards teamwork and attention to guest needs.

Seasonal contract from May to October 2027.

Classification and remuneration commensurate with experience and skills.

Shared meals and accommodation.

Placement in a 5-star structure belonging to the Relais & Châteaux association.
