A mountain restaurant in the heart of the 3 Vallées Located at Roc des 3 Marches, at the top of the Roc 2 and Les Granges chairlifts, Le Bouche à Oreille is a mountain restaurant in Les Menuires. The establishment offers entirely homemade cuisine in a woody and contemporary setting opening onto a remarkable mountain panorama. The menu is inspired by local cuisine and family dishes prepared with high standards. The activity is strongly paced by the winter season, the attendance of the ski area, and a French and international clientele. For the winter season, we are looking for a Runner (M/F) to join our mountain restaurant in Les Menuires. Working in direct link with the dining room and kitchen teams, you will actively participate in the fluidity of the service and ensure that dishes are served quickly and in the best possible conditions. We are looking for a dynamic, organized person who is comfortable with customers.

Your missions Ensure the link between the kitchen and the dining room during service. Deliver dishes quickly and carefully to the tables. Know the composition of the dishes in order to be able to present them simply to customers. Participate in clearing, resetting, and rearranging the tables. Assist the Chefs de rang and the dining room team according to the needs of the service. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service areas. Be attentive to customer requests and transmit them quickly to the team. Participate in the mise en place before service. Contribute to maintaining a fluid and efficient service, especially during peak periods. Work in good coordination with the kitchen, the bar, and the entire dining room team.

Profile sought Previous experience in catering is appreciated, but above all, we are looking for a person who is: Dynamic, willing, and reactive. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Organized and attentive to instructions. Possessing a good team spirit. Smiling and comfortable with customers. Motivated by a season in the mountains. English is essential As the position involves regular contact with an international clientele, a good level of English is essential in order to be able to present dishes, respond to simple customer requests, and communicate naturally during service. An additional foreign language will be appreciated.
