The manor house, with its tower dating back to 1449, is surrounded by an 89-hectare private estate, with romantic gardens full of rosebushes and olive trees, and is bordered by the Tastavins river and the mountain range known as les Ports de Beseit. They grow their own fruits, vegetables, and extra virgin olive oil, all organic, which are used in the restaurant, reflecting a philosophy deeply linked to the territory and gastronomic excellence. Inside its beautiful and labyrinthine buildings, guests can immerse themselves in reading by the fireplace, play chess or the piano, and enjoy an intimate and timeless atmosphere. The position involves managing the complete reservation cycle, optimizing occupancy and average price through proactive sales and efficient management of distribution channels (OTAs and Direct Sales), as well as customer service at reception.
