As part of the opening of Villa Pétrusse, we are recruiting a Multi-skilled Receptionist on a CDI contract.
You will work under the responsibility of the Chef de Réception and in collaboration with the other departments of the establishment, particularly the Accommodation department.
This highly versatile role plays a key role within the Reception Team.
Main missions entrusted:
- Perform the day's check-ins / check-outs.
- Take and enter individual reservations.
- Ensure client follow-up throughout the stay and offer a unique and personalized experience.
- Monitor the progress of reservation files.
- Prepare invoicing and ensure payments.
- Keep the reservation schedule up to date.
- Prepare arrival and departure lists.
- Ensure daily follow-up of the Conciergerie service.
- Participate in the technical training of newcomers in their department.
- Provide valet and bellhop services.
- Excellent presentation and very good elocution.
- Rigor, honesty, and confidentiality.
- Sense of service, courtesy, friendliness, and diplomacy.
- Organizational skills, priority management, and internal communication.
- Driving license (Permis B) indispensable.
- English indispensable, another language would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Mews appreciated.
- Good command of IT tools.
