Our elegant residence La Maison bleue, located on the East shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting on a remarkable natural site. As one of the rare 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it is composed of 11 rooms, including two family suites with lake views. As a receptionist, your various tasks will be: Ensure check-in and check-out according to hotel standards Manage the telephone switchboard Be responsible for the welcome, follow-up, and loyalty of guests in compliance with the hotel's quality criteria and current procedures Take telephone calls for reservations for the two restaurants Ensure high-end service and personalized service to guests throughout their stay Be the guarantor of customer satisfaction Ensure daily cash management
