Join the teams of the Cheneaudière - Hôtel Spa 5* Relais & Châteaux, Located in Alsace, between Strasbourg and Colmar, the Cheneaudière is an exceptional family home comprising a 5* hotel with 45 rooms, a 1* Michelin gastronomic restaurant, a gourmet restaurant, and an exceptional 2500m² nature Spa. The establishment offers our clients an unforgettable experience combining refinement, well-being, and gastronomy. We are looking for passionate and motivated talents to join our team composed of more than 120 employees.
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a RECEPTIONIST M/F, Your missions: Warmly welcome and accompany clients throughout their stay Manage check-in and check-out with courtesy and efficiency Ensure the management of reservations and client requests Coordinate with the various hotel services to guarantee a perfect stay Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Your profile: Experience in hotel reception, ideally in a luxury establishment Excellent presentation and a sense of high-end service Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle demanding requests with diplomacy Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) Good English required, another foreign language is a plus Availability to work flexible hours (morning, evening, weekends)
