The 5* Relais & Châteaux Au Coeur du Village hotel is looking for its new talents to join the Reception team for the Winter 2026/2027 season. A Receptionist (M/F) Within our Reception team, you are the first contact and a true ambassador of our establishment. You welcome, accompany, and advise our clients throughout their stay by offering them personalized, warm, and attentive service. Thanks to your sense of hospitality, your professionalism, your reactivity, and your attention to detail, you contribute to creating a memorable experience for each of our clients. Your main missions: Warmly welcome our clients upon their arrival at our House, during their stay, and until their departure. Process payments, invoice, settle sales, and perform cash closures. Prepare the next day's arrivals and departures. Manage telephone calls, the mailbox, as well as restaurant reservations. Perform various administrative reception tasks. Occasionally take individual reservations. Promote and sell all hotel services: restaurant, bar, spa when accompanying clients to their rooms. Collaborate with all hotel departments (housekeeping, concierge, luggage, valet, catering) to ensure a smooth and personalized customer experience. Assist the concierge team.
Your profile: You are serious, diligent, and committed. You speak English fluently. You are a graduate of a hotel school or have solid experience in luxury hospitality. You share the Relais & Châteaux values: excellence, respect, authenticity. You hold a Category B driver's license.
