The 5* Relais & Châteaux Au Cœur du Village hotel is looking for its new talent to join the Reception team for the Winter 2026/2027 season. A Night Auditor (M/F) As a Night Receptionist, you are the guarantor of the establishment's smooth running during the night. As a key point of contact for our clients, you ensure their welcome, safety, and comfort while overseeing the smooth progress of end-of-day operations. Your main missions: Ensure the security of the hotel and its clients during the night (rounds, closures, openings). Ensure reception coverage (late check-in, early check-out). Manage calls, room service requests, and various administrative tasks. Perform end-of-day closing operations and billing controls. Prepare the next day's arrivals and departures (keys, guest files, sending D-7 communications, preparation of the staff directory and night report). Participate in the breakfast setup if necessary. Perform maintenance tasks for common areas. Be responsible for the cash float during the night. This list is not exhaustive.

Your profile: Experience in hospitality, ideally in reception or a night position. You are proficient in English. Autonomous, rigorous, discreet, and reactive. Good command of reception IT tools. A degree from a hotel school is a plus. Knowledge of SSI is appreciated. Driving license (Permis B).
