Your tasks
Job Description Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni is looking for an Hotel Sales Coordinator to join its team.
The role will support the commercial and marketing activities of the structure, contributing to the management of corporate contracts, the analysis of sales performance, and the coordination of commercial activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of Corporate, DMC, and FIT contracts
- Monitoring and updating databases
- Monthly production reports (Corporate, FIT, Wholesaler)
- Updating portals (e.g., Amex FHR, Virtuoso, Booking.com, Expedia, ...)
- Support for the management of Fam Trips, Sales Trips, and commercial events
- Organization of Site Inspections in coordination with the Front Office
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector (luxury preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills and data management
- Knowledge of Corporate and FIT contracting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Precision, organization, and result orientation

- Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of extensions and/or permanent employment
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
