The 5* Relais & Châteaux hotel Au Coeur du Village is looking for its new talent to join the Cristal SPA team for the Winter 2026/2027 season:

Receptionist - Practitioner M/F

Your main missions

Cash management:

• Perform cash register openings and closings.
• Invoicing.
• Manage payments.

Reception / information:

• Ensure the setup of the wellness area (opening and closing).
• Know how to inform/advise clients on treatments in person or by telephone.
• Manage reservations, including last-minute ones.
• Email processing (reservations – information requests).
• Ensure client handling and respect the customer journey.
• Management of the reservation schedule via Planity.
• Linen management (storage and restocking).
• Directing clients.
• Ensure the promotion, advice, and sale of products.
• Take into account client requests and remarks and report the information.

Treatments:

• Provide reinforcement in case of need during peak periods.
• Master treatments in compliance with protocols.

YOUR PROFILE

• Esthetics training.
• Experience in a similar establishment.
• Team spirit / Organized / Good customer relations
• Knowledge of Relais & Châteaux codes.
• Fluent English required.
• Alpeor and/or Phytomer training will be a plus.
