An extraordinary 700-hectare Tuscan estate where time seems to have stood still. This is Il Borro, the Relais owned by Ferruccio Ferragamo who, with passion, together with his children, has breathed new life into this corner of Tuscany. An oasis of hospitality that encompasses a medieval village, a 19th-century villa, and a centuries-old winery. Here, immersed in the characteristic landscape of the region, excellent organic wines and extra virgin olive oil are produced. Whether walking through the narrow streets of the village, resting by the infinity pool, trying the Spa treatments, or the traditional cuisine of the Osteria del Borro, the pleasure is identical: the taste of savoring an art of living filled with peace and elegance.

We are looking for motivated professionals with a good predisposition for contact with the public for the role of Cameriera/e di Sala, available to work on day and afternoon shifts, with particular attention to order, cleanliness, and service organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Present and serve beverages and food respecting the quality standards of the venue.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area and the dining rooms.
• Manage the cash register and payment operations (for mid and senior levels).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and coordinated service.
• Respect hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Medium-high knowledge of the English language.

At least 1-2 years of experience in the sector

• Good predisposition for contact with the public and a desire to learn.
• Ability to maintain order, cleanliness, and organization.
• Support to the team in basic activities and service.
• Ability to manage service independently during shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Active collaboration in the training of junior colleagues.
• Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Working hours: on shifts from 9:00 - 23:00; on weekends, the closing time extends until 23:00 - 00:30 maximum.

Remuneration (based on experience): from 23,000 to 25,000 gross per year.
