The 5* Relais & Châteaux hotel Au Coeur du Village is looking for its new talents to join the team of its Restaurant Gourmand "Le Cœur" & its 1* Restaurant Gastronomique "Le Cin5" for the Winter 2026/2027 season:

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

• Perfectly know the food menu, drinks, and special offers.
• Take orders.
• Advise customers and ensure wine service.
• Ensure the liaison between customers and the kitchen teams from aperitif to coffee.
• Know how to supervise commis, get involved in their training, and ensure their successful integration.
• Set the tables, including setting and clearing according to the instructions of the Chef de service.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, the back of house, and the maintenance of the proper functioning of the tools and equipment provided.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are serious, willing, and assiduous.
• You have an excellent sense of welcome and interpersonal skills.
• You are a graduate of a hotel school or have solid experience in luxury hospitality in a similar position.
• You share the Relais & Châteaux values.
• You speak English fluently.
