YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the service.
• Create a warm atmosphere adapted to the establishment and thus contribute to its reputation.
• Ensure the service of drinks and food to our clients at the bar.
• Perfectly know the tasks of the members of your team in order to ensure supervision, integration, and training.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar, the back bar, and the maintenance of the proper functioning of the tools and equipment provided.
• Apply the quality standards of the hotel.
• Closing the bar cash register.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are serious, willing, and diligent.
• You share the Relais & Châteaux values.
• You are a graduate of a hotel school or can justify previous experience in a similar establishment.
• You speak English fluently.
• You know and know how to prepare the list of classic cocktails established by the Association des Barmen de France.
