To strengthen its teams, HAMEAU ALBERT 1er is recruiting a Chef(fe) de rang for its gastronomic restaurant l'Albert 1er, 1* Michelin starting from December 2026 to April 2027. Main missions:
Management of a station during evening services Ensuring the restaurant setup (mise en place) All tasks and missions given by your superiors within the restaurant team and for its proper functioning
Possessing good presentation and good interpersonal skills Motivated with a keen sense of organization and teamwork Proficiency in professional English Ideally coming from a hotel management background and/or significant experience
39-hour per week contract from December 2026 until April 2027 Leave: 2 consecutive days off Individual accommodation near Chamonix Minimum 1 meal per day Salary: 2275 euros gross A young and dynamic team, all within an exceptional working environment located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
