To strengthen its teams, Maison Carrier is recruiting a Chef(fe) de rang for its restaurant, from December 2026 until the month of April 2027.
Main missions: Management of a station during service Ensuring the restaurant mise en place All tasks and missions given by your superiors within the restaurant team and for its proper functioning
Possessing good presentation and good interpersonal skills Motivated with a keen sense of organization and teamwork Mastery of professional English Ideally from a hotel management background and/or significant experience
Gross monthly remuneration of 2275 euros
39h per week contract 2 consecutive days off Individual accommodation near Chamonix At least 1 meal per day A young and dynamic team, all within an exceptional working environment located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
