You will intervene in the entire recruitment process and actively participate in the various HR missions of the establishment. Your main missions: Recruitment Collect and analyze the recruitment needs of the different departments, ensuring compliance with allocated budgets and staffing levels; Define the sought-after profiles with managers; Write, publish, and ensure the follow-up of job offers on various platforms; Identify and actively approach candidates in order to develop and maintain a talent pool; Conduct telephone pre-qualifications and recruitment interviews; Organize and coordinate interviews with managers; Ensure the follow-up of applications and maintain high-quality communication with candidates throughout the process; Participate in the integration and follow-up of new employees; Develop and maintain relationships with schools, employment partners, and local actors; Participate in the anticipation and follow-up of seasonal recruitments (summer and winter seasons), depending on the needs of the establishment; Develop and bring to life the Domaine's employer brand, notably through communication actions, recruitment events, and various visibility supports. Ideally, you have a first experience in recruitment and/or human resources, with a real appetite for recruitment and human contact.
