He sublimates meats and fish with precision and highlights products from the organic vegetable garden in Nonville. His gastronomy combines sincerity, precision, and creativity.

Restaurant Bellefeuille embraces nature, offering an indoor garden atmosphere that blurs the line between indoors and outdoors. Adorned with woodwork, bicolor marble, and an antique fireplace, it opens onto a summer terrace under a pergola, with an elegant Belle Époque-style gloriette-bar, all within a lush, cozy environment in perfect harmony with the garden.

As part of a temporary reinforcement of our team, we are looking for a Chef de Rang Room-Service on a CDD of 3 to 4 months, for the period from November 2026 to February 2027, within our House, Saint James Paris. Under the supervision of the Room-Service Manager, you will participate in the smooth running of room service, ensuring that we offer our clientele a refined, attentive, and personalized experience, in compliance with the excellence standards of our establishment.

Your missions

• Ensure the setup and proper organization of the Room-Service pantry;
• Ensure the replenishment of products and equipment necessary for room service;
• Prepare trays and ensure table setting for meals served in rooms;
• Guarantee neat, discreet, and personalized room service;
• Ensure compliance with the establishment's quality standards and procedures;
• Participate in the welcome, training, and support of new employees;
• Ensure order follow-up and management of payments related to the services provided.

Profile

• You have an excellent presentation and a keen sense of service and detail;
• You demonstrate discretion, reactivity, and professionalism;
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate effectively with the various departments of the establishment;
• Proficiency in English is imperative; practice of other foreign languages is an asset;
• A first experience in Room-Service or in catering within a luxury hotel establishment is appreciated;
• You are available for a CDD of 3 to 4 months between November 2026 and the end of February 2027 inclusive.
