WAITSTAFF Espazio Oteiza– Hotel Akelarre

In addition to serving external customers, Espazio Oteiza provides direct service to Hotel Akelarre***. A fundamental part of the dining room team's role is to offer an exclusive à la carte breakfast for hotel guests, ensuring that each day begins with a memorable experience.

We are looking for a waiter/waitress with attitude, professionalism, and a vocation for service, who wish to be part of a solid team committed to excellence. What will your functions be? Attend to customers in the dining room, terrace, and breakfasts with closeness and professionalism. Offer a warm, agile service experience in accordance with the group's level. Support the exclusive à la carte breakfast service for hotel guests. Prepare and set tables following presentation standards. Advise on the food and drink menu and suggestions. Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain the rhythm and harmony of the service. Follow the hygiene, quality, and service protocols defined by Grupo Akelarre.

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in mid-to-high level restaurants or haute cuisine. Passion for service, good presence, and a positive attitude. Agility, organization, and the ability to work in a team. High level of English (other languages are valued). Availability to work in rotating shifts.
