Your tasks
The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Bellagio, on Lake Como, is looking for a Bartender/Barwaiter to join its team for the 2027 season, from March to November. The structure features two Bars and offers a dynamic, elegant, and international working environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the role of Bartender, with practical experience behind the bar.
- Good knowledge of preparing classic cocktails, aperitifs, and bar service.
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
- Availability to work shifts, alternating between the various bars of the structure.
- Flexibility, team spirit, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Care for one's image, professionalism, and attention to the customer.
We are looking for a motivated, willing, and passionate person, capable of contributing with enthusiasm to the quality of service and the experience of our guests.
Qualifications Knowledge of the English language is an indispensable requirement.
