LIFEGUARD ASSISTANT

Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, a member of Relais&Chateaux, is a 5-star luxury historic residence in the heart of Bellagio, on Lake Como.

With its timeless charm, it offers breathtaking views, refined environments, and excellent hospitality, for a stay characterized by the most exclusive beauty.

The Hotel features 94 rooms, 2 restaurants, one of which is Gourmet, an outdoor swimming pool with a beach club, and the brand-new Spa Luce del Lago, completely renovated in 2025.

We are looking for a qualified Lifeguard to join our team for the 2027 summer season.

Required requirements: Valid Lifeguard Certificate

swimming and first aid skills

Predisposition for contact with the public and aptitude for teamwork

Seriousness, attention, and a sense of responsibility

Knowledge of the English language (other languages will constitute a preferential title)

Main duties: Supervise the bathing/pool area and ensure the safety of swimmers

Prevent risk situations and intervene promptly in case of emergency

Maintain the order and cleanliness of the work area

Assist the public with courtesy and professionalism
