Your tasks

We are currently looking for a junior Assistant Breakfast Manager to strengthen our team.

Your main missions

• Welcome guests and offer them personalized, warm, and attentive service;
• Assist the Breakfast Manager in the organization and coordination of the service;
• Participate in the supervision and support of the team on a daily basis;
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP);
• Participate in the management of orders, stocks, and supplies;
• Monitor the setup and replenishment of the buffet to guarantee a quality service throughout the service period;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of our breakfast offering, served from approximately 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM;
• Ensure the smooth running of the service and replace the Breakfast Manager in their absence.

Requirements

You are passionate about customer relations and enjoy teamwork. Organized, dynamic, and endowed with an excellent sense of service, you know how to show initiative and reactivity. A first experience in catering or hospitality, ideally in a position with supervisory responsibilities, is appreciated.

You are proficient in English; proficiency in a third language would be a real asset.
