Reservation Agent

Located in a remarkable 17th-century building, the establishment houses 44 rooms including 16 suites, two restaurants, a pastry kiosk, and a 450m² spa.

Under the supervision of your reservations manager, you are in charge of following up on individual reservations and processing requests in correlation with the establishment's commercial and yield policy. Your missions:
- Ensure telephone availability to answer incoming calls, offering a warm welcome to clients over the phone
- Ensure the taking of individual reservations, receipt of requests, recording of reservations, verification, and sending of confirmations according to the house standards.
- Propose an appropriate response to the client's needs, taking into account the services offered by the hotel
- Ensure permanent follow-up of emails
- Perform regular checks of reservation files
- Sell the various available room categories at the best rate
Handling of the following software: Opera Guestonline Spabooker D-Edge Outlook Word
- Experience as a receptionist or reservation agent in a similar establishment desired
- Rigor
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
- Bilingual English required, a third language (Spanish) would be a plus
