The establishment offers 39 keys including 7 Villas nestled in the heart of the park, a gastronomic restaurant, a bistronomic restaurant, a swimming pool, as well as a Sisley Spa. At the Michelin-starred restaurant La Table de Levernois, the chef creates passionate cuisine with traditional Burgundy flavors, prioritizing seasonal products through short supply chains. Le Bistrot du Bord de l’Eau offers fresh and gourmet cuisine, reinvented daily based on market products and vegetables from our vegetable garden. The group's second house, Château Sainte Sabine, is a 5* Relais & Châteaux Hotel with 23 rooms and suites and a gastronomic restaurant, located 35 minutes from Beaune and Dijon, near Pouilly en Auxois.

By working as a Reservation Agent M/F within Hostellerie de Levernois, your role is central because you are the first contact for our clients! You will join a team of 6 people.
The position includes the management of our two houses: Hostellerie de Levernois and Château Sainte Sabine. These two 5* Relais et Châteaux establishments are located 30 km from each other. The position is based in Levernois with potential travel to Château Sainte Sabine.
As part of your work, you will be required to learn in the following areas:
- Sales Management
Taking reservations by phone and email from the initial proposal to the stay confirmation Managing room assignments and the schedule Responding to specific requests by providing precise information on hotel services and room details Managing options and the waiting list Following up on reservation payments and reminders if necessary Verifying upcoming reservations 1 week in advance Using reservation systems Protel / Synxis / GuestOnline / Booking.com / Expedia / Booksy and other distribution channels Taking reservations for the 3 restaurants (2 at Hostellerie and 1 at Château Sainte Sabine) Taking Spa reservations Following up on the daily cash flow of the Reservations department Communicating and cooperating with other departments Updating internal procedures
- Customer Management
Managing customer complaints Ensuring the high quality of service in connection with defined quality standards (Virtuoso, R&C…)

The salary: Your salary will be €2102 gross for 39h per week. Meals are provided for every shift worked. After three months of seniority, you will receive a share of the company's results. We also allow you to access a PEE and a PERCOL. You benefit from discounts at our partner Lemon1, a gym in Beaune. You have the possibility of being housed during the season or your probationary period. Two consecutive weekly days off, as far as possible.
